Amanda Schagane, MS, CCC, CSCP

CSCP Commissioner

Amanda Schagane is a seasoned organizational development and career leadership professional with more than 14 years of experience at the University of Kentucky and UK HealthCare. As Senior Organizational Development Specialist with Enterprise Learning, she advances leadership effectiveness and engagement through programs that promote collaboration, self-awareness, and organizational resilience.

Amanda serves on the NCDA Credentialing Commission, representing the Certified Supervisor of Career Practitioners (CSCP), and is an alumna of the NCDA Leadership Academy and Past President of the Kentucky Career Development Association.

Through her consulting practice, Career & Culture Solutions LLC, she partners with organizations to strengthen leadership and workplace culture. She also teaches Strategic and Professional Communication as adjunct faculty in the University of Kentucky College of Communication and Information.

Amanda holds a Master of Science in Education in Counseling Psychology and maintains credentials as a Certified Career Counselor and Certified Supervisor of Career Practitioners.
