We have received the final audit report from Morse and Company.  The attached documents include the final version of the audit that was presented in draft format on February 20, 2025, at the NCDA Board meeting in Nashville.  We did receive a response to my follow-up questions on page 12 related to the depreciation of our fixed income accounts.  Upon review, the auditors noted that the depreciation was representative of the residual impact of the decreases we experienced from 2021-2023.  Essentially, we have not fully recovered our losses in the past years.

With the receipt of our final audit report, I move that we accept the audit report for 2023-2024.
